​All content, design assets, and software code associated with Minimal Vault and its applications are the exclusive property of Minimal Vault. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our software is strictly prohibited.

​2. Disclaimer of Warranties

​Our applications are provided "As Is" and "As Available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for 100% accuracy and uptime, Minimal Vault does not guarantee that our tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.

​3. Limitation of Liability

​Minimal Vault shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, financial discrepancies, or hardware failure. User assumes all risk for data stored locally on their device.

​4. Payments & Refunds

• ​Subscriptions: Managed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the in-app settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
• ​One-Time Purchases: All sales for "One-and-Done" apps are final as per Google Play Store policies.

​5. Governing Law

​Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
